The Problem

Fair exhibit operations are complex — dozens of departments, hundreds of exhibitors, thousands of entries, multiple judging rounds, premium calculations, pickup coordination, and supervisor oversight. Most fairs handle this with spreadsheets, paper forms, and disconnected tools. The result is preventable errors, wasted time, and a process that creates more work than it should.

What We Built

ExhibitFlow is a fair exhibit management platform built to handle the full operational lifecycle of a fair's exhibit program — from the moment exhibitor registration opens to the day the last entry is picked up. Every stage is connected, tracked, and accessible in one system.

The Problem

Venues with digital menu boards and display screens face a recurring problem: keeping content current requires opening design software, editing graphics, re-exporting files, and reloading displays — every time a price changes, an item gets added, or a special needs to go up. For most venues, it's easier to leave outdated content on screen than to deal with the process.

What We Built

VenueBoard is a digital menu and display management platform built to make keeping screens current straightforward — without design software, without file exports, and without recreating layouts every time something changes. Make edits in the platform, publish, and the displays update.
